  1. Payment Terms

All invoiced amounts are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur service delays, penalties, or removal of equipment.

  1. Use of Equipment

Clients agree to operate vending machines responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in charges for repair or replacement.

  1. Maintenance & Service

  1. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be settled in full prior to equipment removal.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Stephens Vending LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or performance of its vending equipment or services.
